Addition Minigame

Description:
I designed a math-based minigame where players solve addition puzzles by dragging fuel cells into UFOs.

Explanation:
Originally, the puzzle included multiple operations, but it was streamlined into unique minigames for each operation to enhance variety. For the addition game, players drag three tanks that add up to the required sum into a designated slot. The design was intentionally kept short, simple, and easy to understand, ensuring an engaging and accessible experience.

Division Minigame

Description:
I designed a division-based minigame where players solve for a missing variable by cutting the correct wire.

Explanation:
To differentiate it from the addition minigame, the division game tasks players with finding a missing variable instead of the direct answer. Players use pliers to click and drag, cutting the wire that corresponds to the correct variable. The design emphasizes simplicity while offering a unique, interactive challenge.

Projectiles

Description:
I designed a geometry-based minigame focused on repairing and painting the exterior of a UFO.

Explanation:
Unlike other minigames centered on interior maintenance, this one shifted focus to the ship’s exterior. Players drag and drop geometric shapes into their correct slots to repair the UFO. In the final version, the idea evolved to include a paint job, allowing players to grab a spray can and customize the ship's appearance after completing the repairs.
